Now Hictu has a new feature: you can subscribe to its feeds. Available are:
- Overview (all the posts)
- Friends posts (only the posts from you and your friends)
- Video posts (only posts containing a video)
- User’s posts (like the subscription to a traditional blog)
Tip:
Insert the Hictu feeds in your feed reader, but also on Jaiku and Facebook

Hictu is online with a new release. What’s new?
- In the thread view you can see videoposts with a resolution of 160×120
- The layout has been optimized: now you can see much more posts in the same page
- The posting layout is more user friendly
- There is support for unicode
- Text, audio and video can be inserted into the same microblog post
- Some minor bugs have been fixed

Da quando abbiamo anticipato la disponibilità di Canali dedicati su Hictu, numerosi utenti italiani ci hanno chiesto se fosse stato possibile avere un canale dedicato al V-Day. Si tratta di un’iniziativa di Beppe Grillo per coinvolgere le persone e spingerle a dire il loro Vaffa in piena libertà.
Pur non entrando in merito alle singole motivazioni politiche, abbiamo messo a disposizione da ieri il primo canale Hictu, dedicato appunto al V-Day e disponibile per gli utenti che accedono in lingua italiana.
Se avete da dire un “V”, ditelo con un videopost su Hictu!

Yesterday some new features have been added to Hictu, basically to follow Hictuans’ (Hictu users) suggestions and requests:
- Videoposts can be filtered and be viewed in a dedicated section
- Videoposts can be 60 seconds long
- Videoposts can be embedded in any Web page (see the example below)
- There’s a new mobile version URL: m.hictu.com
- Visitors can view up to 30 pages of posts
- Feeds have been improved
- Twitter feeds are highlighted

Bonjour Hictuans!
Depuis que Hictu c’est devenu plus … sociale, beaucoup de gens sont en train de participer à bâtir cette nouvelle et excitante communauté. Chaque jour nous recevons des réactions depuis les utilisateurs; c’est ainsi que nous avons decidé de realizer tout de suite des nouvelles feature de celles les plus demandées.
