We wish to inform you that the legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 disciplines the protection of people and other subjects as regards the personal data processing
According to the above-stated law, this processing will be characterized by principles of honesty, lawfulness and transparency and of your confidentiality and your rights protection.
According to the above-stated legislative Decree, we thus give you the following information:
Data furnished by the user at the moment of the subscription to Hictu and to its services will be registered on electronic databases belonging to Abbeynet, Viale Monastir, Km 8,200 - Ex SS 131 – 09028 Sestu (CA) which will be their owner for the processing.
This informative report concerns personal data sent by the User at the moment of the registration, as well as those obtained by visits and surfing in our website and after given by the User to activate the services offered by the Portal.
All the asked personal data are compulsory, as it is visible from the subscription procedure and from the offered services activation request procedure. Personal data communication and the pertinent processing for the above-stated aims are strictly useful for the indicated services execution. Every refusal from the User to give these data or every refusal to consent to their processing, will involve the impossibility to use Hictu's service.
Abbeynet subjects Users' personal data to all the processing operations individuated by the legislative Decree 196/2003 - that is: collection, registration, organization, conservation, elaboration, change, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection and any other operation useful to supply the asked services - in automated and computerized ways. This data can also be organized in data banks and files.
In particular, personal data processing aims are the following:
- supplying the expected services;
- verifying the offered services quality ;
- providing for every accounting and fiscal accomplishments ;
- individuating the authors of every crime only in case of specific requests and on behalf of the competent authorities.
The User can have access to her/his own data in every moment and can exercise the rights in the article 7, legislative Decree 196/2003.
Abbeynet informs that, according to the article 7 of the legislative Decree 196/2003, the User have the right to obtain the confirmation about the existence of personal data concerning her/him, even though they are not still registered, and the right to obtain their communication in an intelligible way.
You control your data. If you don't have a Hictu user account, we do not store your personal data like text logs, buddies, passwords, etc. If you opt to sign up for a Hictu account, we store your usernames and passwords to automatically log you into your stored service networks.
We will not share, sell, or give away your data.
The user has the right to obtain the indication about:
a) personal data origin;
b) processing ways and aims;
c) the applied logic in case of processing made through electronic tools help;
d) the data identifying the owner, the responsible and the representative nominated according to the article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects, or the subjects category, personal data can be communicated to or the data can come to knowledge of in their capacity as representatives nominated in the State territory, as persons in charge or delegates.
The user has the right to obtain:
a) the data updating, rectification or, when she/he is interested in, integration;
b) the cancellation or stop of data processed in transgression of the law, included data that it is not necessary to keep for the aims for which data have been collected or later processed data;
The user has the right to totally or partly oppose to:
a) processing of personal data concerning her/him if there are legitimate reasons, even though these data are necessary to the collection's purpose;
c) processing personal data concerning her/him in order to send advertisement, direct sale, market research or commercial communication material.
Furthermore, the User will always have direct access to her/his data in the Web through her/his own access codes ("Alias" and "password"). In this way, the User will have the possibility to integrate and modify the data in every moment and without any intermediary, in an autonomous way and on her/his own responsibility.
Hictu uses the browser's cookies, after an explicit request from the user, exclusively for surfing aims and for the Web session continuity.
As regards the personal data processing, the user will have the possibility to exercise the rights disciplined in the Part I "General Provisions" and in the PART II "PROVISIONS REGARDING SPECIFIC SECTORS", with particular attention to the articles 121-133, of the legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196. |
